This is a company that stands up for their warranty. Just remember to keep your receipt. They were easy to go through and I received a brand new machine with a week. I am extremely satisfied.
So many nice features like setting individual cup sizes, strengths and temperatures but 2 units have stopped working within the year. Thankfully Keurig mad good with replacements but something is wrong with the engineering of this unit. My larger one that I replaced was still working after 3 years with no issues but this model, oh well!
I'm only rating a 4th one since this one I have had to replace. The last two were straight from Keurig and they replaced them with no problem. Last 6 months and this last replacement didn't even make 90 days. Something melted inside.
