My Kurig stoped working after 6 months. I went to the warranty website and fled a claim that took about 10 minutes. Had to take a picture of machine and bar/code serial number. I sent it and got a confirmation shortly thereafter. I received my new Kurig in 4 days. Great company that honors its warranty with no hassle.
My challenge is durability. This is my third Keurig unit in 18 months. The innards fail and will not brew. I have followed a YubeTube video on how to take it apart and reset but then it only worked for 1 brew and quit. Coffee brewing I like but quality and durability are issues.
I received this replacement coffee maker less than two weeks ago. It worked fine until today when coffee grounds and water were in my coffee cup and all around the lid and handle. After dripping about an inch and a half of coffee, it turned itself off. I tried several times with various Keurig coffee pods and got the same results. I called Keurig to explain what I was experiencing. Forty-one minutes later I was told the coffee maker was defective and they would send a replacement. This will be the third replacement in three weeks!!! The second replacement arrived with no lid or handle. Needless to say I am disappointed, irritated and angry. I have been a committed, satisfied Keurig user since 2010. That Keurig coffee maker lasted over 20 years. Its replacements less than two weeks. I hope the third replacement will be as reliable as my first one was. If not, I may end my relationship with Keurig.
I was so impressed with this one I just ordered a second. The strength and temperature control allows for individualizing the cup to the drinkers taste. I believe the multi stream process extras more/better flavors.
