I'm only rating a 4th one since this one I have had to replace. The last two were straight from Keurig and they replaced them with no problem. Last 6 months and this last replacement didn't even make 90 days. Something melted inside.
Having experienced this upgraded Keurig coffee maker at a relative's home, I ordered one for myself! I am enjoying the redesigned water reservoir; its handle is so convenient and it no longer has to be "clipped" on. Coffee quality remains excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!
