Constantly Requires Descaling

This machine makes a nice cup of coffee, and we like the programmable buttons. However, it demands Descaling every 6-8 weeks while it stops working. Recently, it is flashing Descale after 2 weeks of our descaling. The multistream technology means the pod is pierced in many places so coffee grounds fall all over the crevices in the top of the machine making it really difficult to clean. We are replacing it after 1 year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible brewer

I purchased this brewer and have had nothing but issues. I have been sent replacements and still issues. Today it just died totally. It is only six months old. I have been a Keurig customer for many years and loved the brewers and customer service until now. Save your money.

The Worst

My previous keurig was big & clunky but it lasted over 10 years. This one is AWFUL!!! I had it replaced by Keurig and the replacement is awful as well! Should have kept my old clunker. This new one chokes & doesn’t brew the correct amount.

The machine worked great for the first couple weeks then it started saying "add water" when the reservoir was full. There seems to be no ryhem or reason as to when it decides to remember it has water. The best online response to resolve the issue is to unplug the machine and shake it. Which mind-blowingly works sometimes. What kind of cheap trash are you guys pushing these days? I'm one bad day away from hucking this thing out the window.

bad coffee maker

1st one, lasted 7 months no electricity to the unit, Keurig sent. replacement it lasted 6 months samething happened as the first, Keurig is now sending me another replacement I dont have much hope that this is going to work

Descale feature light

I had no idea this light existed until it popped on. After descaling with chemical bottle and vinegar twice the descale light will not go off and now sometimes the keurig will not turn off at all. It is 3 months old. I will not buy another keurig abd do not recommend this one.

Absolutely Awful Product

I have own several Keurig products over the years and this one is the worst! Maybe my unit is just defected, but my white countertops are white no more! The splashing of dripping coffee is extensive…it goes everywhere…my counters, my walls…the floor! The coffee maker itself needs to be cleaned everyday after making just one cup of coffee! Who has time for deep cleaning everyday? It was a gift I cannot return it, so I live it! I have created a drip guard prevention system from a shopping bag! Are you kidding me!
