Died at almost 1 year from purchase. Keurig replaced without additional charges. About an hour working with customer service and filling out documents.
Great looking coffee maker that makes great coffee at a great value. That said, this is the third replacement unit I have received in just three and a half years of owneship... That's right, three of them have stopped working so far anywhere between the 11 and 15-month mark. To its credit, Keurig has replaced them all for free, but I don't see how one can recommend this product.
This is my second one of these coffee makers - I sent the first one back to the company after one month when it stopped working. The second one worked for one day - there is clearly something wrong with the manufacturing of this machine.
Keurig always stands by a coffee maker if it fails. They do this even if it is a warranty product that fails. We love ours and use it every day. I even have a small unit that we take on vacations.
I love the strength and temperature button. If it dripped a little faster would have given it a 5 star rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker and when it suddenly developed a problem after 11-months of faithful service, I was surprised how quickly Keurig resolved the problem and had my replacement on my kitchen counter. Their customer service is Top-Notch and proven to be a quality company that truly stands behind their products. Any company can treat you right.... it's when you have problems, you find out just how good of a company they actually are. Keurig has cemented my confidence in their commitment to great customer support.
