This is our 3rd Keurig in10 years. This is absolutely the easiest one to operate. The 72 ounce reservoir is a major plus, and the temperature and strength controls are super nice for getting that perfect cup every time.

I love these coffee makers, but mine keep quitting. When I try to do a descale, it stops working and then I have to replace it. I would like to know what happened, but I don’t get any feedback. I asked again with my latest return, so we’ll see.
