To all the Folks I dealt with: This was a challenging situation and all your people dealt with very professionally and TIMELY. I've been using your coffee makersb for years with seldom a problem. My last one developed a leak and if I could have opened it I probably could have fixed. But it was about 8 years old and my daughter found one on line. Brand new and suffered infant mortality, shut off permanently after heating the water. I love the unit. Thanks again,
I love my K-Supreme! Heats up quickly and gets me out the door for work :). I was super sad when it stopped working, but the warranty was honored and it was replaced within a week!! Wow..that's what I call first class service :)
Received my replacement, but I cannot register it bc it has no serial number. I would love for someone to reach out to me. Otherwise, replacment process was goos. Thanks
We really like this Keurig coffee maker, however is it is our third one as the prior two same coffee makers stopped working (thankfully within warranty), so each incident Keurig sent us a replacement at no expense to us. Is there a problem with this model?
I was over joyed when I found out that Keurig was replacing our coffee maker with no charge. That is a rarity these days. Thank you - outstanding company of 2024.

Thank you very much for the warranty replacement. It’s the best single serve brewer on the market. I I’ve been using the Keurig coffee makers for many years.
I had a coffee maker that quit working after several months of use. I called the company to see about getting it fixed. They advised they would just replace the unit for free, which they did. Very quick turnaround. I am very happy with my experience
