This would have been a 5 star rating but it only lasted 2 years and for the price I feel it should have lasted double that amount of time. We really do love the coffee maker and that is why this one is our 2nd one. The problem seems to come about due to the opening & closing with it's electrical system.

The title should have read Keurig's K-Supreme Plus is Great as is their Warranty (to long). We have owned several Keurig Coffee Maker's and recently our K-Supreme Plus had a major issue. We contacted Keurig and they stood behind their warranty, and we are now making coffee with a NEW K-Supreme Plus - and loving it.
I purchased the Supreme Plus 8 months ago. When I did a descaling process on the machine, it overheated. When I called to see how to troubleshoot the problem, I was told that I could receive a new machine. I’m very happy with the results.
I first began using Keurig about 2012. The biggest reason I stay with Keurig is American rep support. I have a hearing impairment and accents are difficult. Second reason is excellent products. I pack my Keurig and carry it on extended road trips. Thanks Keurig.
