I had my coffee maker replaced with no problems and thankful for this action! This is my second replacement had hopefully this machine will last many years.
We were given this product as a Christmas gift December 2023. In March, it started to cut off after very little coffee was dispensed, and was leaving grounds in the K-cup receptacle as well as our coffee. Keurig quickly replaced it and provided a label to ship the old one back to be analyzed. I think this is good when a company figures out what went wrong so they can improve engineering/production issues for the future.
Purchased this unit a month ago and immediately began using for my first cup of coffee in the morning before work. Easy to use and set up. Add water to reservoir and your favorite K pod for a quick brew. Hot water was ready within seconds and began brewing coffee.
My coffee maker died following a descaling procedure. I was very unhappy because I thought I'd had it more than a year. When I looked it up, it had 3 days left on the warranty. I followed the instructions for notifying Keurig and was shocked to see a new device sitting on my front porch 4 days later. No questions, no problems, just a new K-Supreme Plus!
I love my Keurigs but just haven’t had a lot of luck as I keep having to replace them. In this case, Keurig informed that my last coffee maker was defective ansdreplaced it free of charge. Thank you, Keurig! Hopefully my new Keurig will last.
This Keurig looked old and dirty who knows it’s probably an old refurbished Keurig it’s junk doesn’t even come with the normal 3 pronged plug sounds awful when it’s making coffee also coffee has an odd taste I’m probably going to get something else I am done dealing with Keurig and there cheap junk coffee machines that just constantly break they were made well years ago now they are just awful .
