Although I was disappointed that my 2nd Keurig only lasted a little less than one year the replacement process was quick and easy. My first Keurig lasted 5-6 years but I wanted an upgrade. My replacement is working fine and I enjoy it every morning.
We started out many years ago living our Keurig! BUT... once that machine quit working we've not had luck with the many others we've had. Especially the K-Slim! 3 in less than 3 months time! Crazy I know! This last one we sent back and they sent another. We are using another brand right now that we had to purchase when our 3rd just stopped working. I honestly don't have high hopes for the one sent to us. Please work to get your machines back like you first started with. We loved our first machine so much and it lasted many years.
I have bought several of these units over the years. Unfortunately, usually, but not always, they stop working after a descaling. I have even had them stop working after not being used born a long time. It appears that the thermal overload "pops" for some reason. You Tube has many uploads of people showing how to repair one of these units. It would appear to me that a simple "reset" button located somewhere on the un it would be a simple fix. When the unit works, it makes great coffee. When there is a problem, Keurig send a new one. Personally, I prefer having a coffee maker work all the time and not having to bother with fixing the problem.
I got my Keurig about a month ago The one I got must have been defective at leaked at the bottom I contacted Keurig they were so nice and so accommodating they replaced it within less than a week and had me up and drinking my coffee Thank you so much
I’ve had my replacement unit a month, it is working perfectly and I’m delighted with it. Hot coffee, as easy as Keurig makes it. I like the presets and will buy another if needed. This machine is a “near warranty” replacement, 13 months old, regardless Keurig replaced it free of charge.. fill out the warranty card.
