We were really happy with the short turnaround which brought our new Keurig-Super Plus Coffee Maker. It was was almost over night. My wife has to have a cup each morning, noon and night. Without her coffee she is very unhappy, which makes me unhappy. Thank you for keeping us happy. This is our forth Keurig Coffee Maker, we cannot live without our coffee and Keurig makes the best coffee!
Had my K-supreme for almost a year and it gave up the ghost. Reached out to Service and they replaced the unit with no questions asked and the process was flawless.
After 4 phone calls, and many photos, we were able to establish my ownership of my coffee maker. My guarantee was honored and received my new maker within days. Hate the descaling process.
I’ve owned a Keurig coffee makers for over 10 years now. We also use them and all of our short term rental properties that we manage. About eight months ago we Purchased a K-supreme plus. It stopped working, so I called Keurig. To make a long story short, they shipped me a new machine shortly after contacting them and showing proof of purchase. I have always been very satisfied with their products, and would highly recommend them to others.
I had this unit replaced twice now. The replacement unit was shipped 2/29 and we have used it for less than a month and it stopped working and smells like it burned inside. Was the replacement one a refurbished unit? I’m so annoyed with this unit and will never buy a Keurig unit again.
