I first began using Keurig about 2012. The biggest reason I stay with Keurig is American rep support. I have a hearing impairment and accents are difficult. Second reason is excellent products. I pack my Keurig and carry it on extended road trips. Thanks Keurig.
The warranty and service on K- surpereme is outstanding All it took was a phone call and me showing proof of ownership Had my replacement in 3 days Wow great service great machine
I've had several Keurig Coffee Makers over the years since they first came out. My last one, a K-Supreme Plus was a great product. I went through the De-Scaling process and after I was done, the system stopped working. I did the unplug/plug-in routine. I held down buttons for 3 minutes, etc. and nothing fixed it. I called Keurig Support. They had me try a couple things and said, "Well I guess we'll just have to send you a replacement.”. They sent me an email with the requirements (Proof-of-purchase, picture of the machine & serial number tag). I followed the email directions and poof; 48 hours later, I had the replacement machine on my porch. I will never buy another coffee machine from anyone but Keurig. I though such great Service was a thing of the past. It's alive and well at Keurig!
