This machine is easy to use and clean. It makes great coffee fast and with a variety of strengths and temperature. The only issue I've had consistently with Keurig coffee makers is the Descale feature. I always follow the instructions yet the Descale message doesn't always go off. Fortunately, Keurig has made it right with me and I'll continue to attempt the Descale feature when it pops up the next time.

One day it stopped working for unknown reason and when contacted customer service they were kind enough to replace it with brand new machine at no cost which was delivered within 2 days.
