I purchased a K-Supreme a little over a year ago when the control panel failed to respond. I called tech support to maybe help me correct the problem and after determining that it was not repairable without parts replacement, the representative allowed a one time replacement unit which was shipped to me promptly. I was very impressed by the level of customer service and appreciate the fact that Keurig stands behind their product. I love the coffee maker and the care that Keurig extends to the customer effortlessly… thank you.
This is the third pot I’ve had of this model. The first one did great lasted about a year. Second one I sent back because the plastic taste was so bad. Replaced it with this one and it’s not a lot better. It’s some better I’m still trying to work through it.
Bought this to replace the same model that died 11 months after I bought it. It makes great coffee so I’m taking a chance that it will last longer.

We are very happy with this coffee maker. Easy to use but we haven’t had much success with the‘descaling’ procedure that we have to do about every 3 months. We watch the video on the website several times then perform the procedure while stopping the video before each step. The machine seems to overheat and stop functioning. We call product support and they are excellent at trying to get it right but 2 of 3 times failed. The great news is they sent us a new machine each time. I’m going to have them on the phone next time I do it.
