this K-Supreme Plus single serve coffee maker was replaced because of a previous coffee maker that leaked. I wanted the same one because, not only does it look great on my counter but coffee is brewed to perfection.
Customer Service Representative was extremely patient and took the time to help us try to resolve issue with our third machine., unable to reset our machine. Therefore, was shipped a replacement unit. Thank you.
Called Keurg for warranty service on the K-Supreme unit which was not working. Explained the issue and was send a new unit replacement. Overall and easy process. The agent I spoke with listened to my issue and was exceptionally helpful. Great product, superb service.
