We bought this model a little over a year ago and love it. It only lasted a little over a year. Despite being a few days out of the one year warranty, Keurig promptly replaced it.
We love our Keurig!!!! We panicked when it stopped working as we make around 10 servings a day! but after a call to them our replacement was on the way had it in 3 or 4 days. They are fantastic.
Keurig is an awesome company. My Keurig stopped working. Keurig replaced it with a new one . I just love this Keurig and Keurig also included the filter holder and coupon for coffee. Thank you !!!!
I have been a long time Keurig fan. When I had a difficulty with my current model, I simply called the maker, and within two days I had a brand new replacement in my home. I appreciate the fine service and the quality of the products. I will continue to support my Keurig passion, and look forward to my next cup!
I bought it 13 months ago and am now on my second replacement. The prior two just stopped working and support just replaced them rather than addressing why. Now this one seems to be acting funny. I'm not sure whether they sent their software someplace new, but the firmware seems to just stop working when it needs to be descaled, or after a certain period of time, or when some new condition arises. All we want is for it to make coffee and it seems to be more complex than we think.
The cup of coffee that I get from this machine is just as good as getting it out of coffee shop with the convenience in your own home! Also, when I needed help with customer service, they were amazing
