I am very happy with the Keuric Plus. It deals with my family who drink coffee and zi don't and yet it helps with my latte urges that I get in the cold weather.

For the time being ours is working. This is the fourth replacement. The one previous to this replacement lasted a little over three months. We are hoping for a one year working time.
My Keurig plus went out after descaling. I was so upset but Customer Service took care of it since I was still under warranty. I had a new one in two days!
