I bought my first one last November, replaced it in June and had to replace it again in November. Each time after speaking with Managment, they agreed to replace my machine. My issues seems to come along with the descaling solution- despite following directions- something goes wrong. First one the heater failed, second one, it seized up! Each time, they were right on it replacing it! Thank you.

Thank goodness we had a warranty. We went on vacation, came home and our keurig would not turn on, this never happened before. So I called the number on the back of my keurig. They were so helpful, we had a brand new keurig in just the few days that it took the mail to get it to us. We were shocked we thought it would take weeks. Thank you Keurig for your prompt attention and service. Our keurig was not inexpensive, and it's an appliance we use every day. It was so nice to have the warranty, one call, and a brand new keurig was here. I am actually having my coffee right now as I write this review. P.s. they did not ask about color, I don't know if this matters, our new one matched our old one perfect. They must know.
The only set up was to get the new water filter they sent with it, soaked and ready for my next cup of joy.
The review says I can add 6 photos but it would just be an uncharged keurig sitting next to my working keurig. Hey, it's an appliance, things happen, it was nice having the warranty.

I've been thoroughly enjoying my Keurig, and if you follow the instructions, you're in for a treat! Using the K-cup filler ensures that your coffee turns out rich and bold. It's important not to rush the process; give the water the time it needs to seep through the coffee for optimal flavor; hence, do not fill past the filler level line.
I've discovered a little trick that adds an extra kick to your brew – if you're aiming for an extra strong cup, try wetting the coffee and the filler (slightly ) before placing it in the K-cup. Let it seep for a bit, and voilà! It's a small step that makes a big difference if you have the time for that robust coffee experience.
While it's crucial not to skip the filler step and not fill past the line inside the grey filler, a gentle pat or two on your palm or counter can sometimes help the richer coffee if you don't want to bother with my extra step abv.. With a bit of patience and experimentation, you can elevate your coffee game with your Keurig. Happy brewing! ☕✨
