My Keurig stopped working less than a year after I purchased. It was still under warranty so I contacted customer service. They replaced it with a new one quite quickly with t no problems.
Since Keurig first started, I’ve owned nearly every single-brew model they’ve made, and I’ve enjoyed each one. A couple of times over all these years, I’ve encountered a brewer that malfunctioned. Keurig made it easy to have the unit replaced.
I had 2 replace this machine twice so far and might have to do so again . It brews extremely slow and doesn’t even come close to pouring the ounces that I press on the machine. Whether it’s 8 oz or 12, the machine brews a cup significantly less!! Seems like this ( my 3rd machine ) is not operating correctly either. Very unhappy and frustrated with the K Supreme Plus. Do not buy!!
Thank you Keurig for making the warranty process a good experience. Great communication and direction. Very fast replacement - even during the Christmas season. I love my brewer! Thank you again!
