The cup of coffee that I get from this machine is just as good as getting it out of coffee shop with the convenience in your own home! Also, when I needed help with customer service, they were amazing
My coffee maker failed a few days before the expiration of the one year warranty. When i reported it before the end of the warranty period I was inexplicably told that it was "out of warranty," but they would provide a new one after I submitted the claim electronically. It was a little cumbersome to do so, requiring photos, etc. I have received the new coffeemaker, but don't understand the original rejection of my well-documented warranty claim, with proof of purchase. Hope the new one lasts longer than the first one.
Adjustable strengths and optional pour over ice feature make it very versatile for a home. Maintenance of the machine is easily done. The product as improved greatly since our first one not to mention when need be, they stand by their warranty expeditiously
