I've been thoroughly enjoying my Keurig, and if you follow the instructions, you're in for a treat! Using the K-cup filler ensures that your coffee turns out rich and bold. It's important not to rush the process; give the water the time it needs to seep through the coffee for optimal flavor; hence, do not fill past the filler level line.
I've discovered a little trick that adds an extra kick to your brew – if you're aiming for an extra strong cup, try wetting the coffee and the filler (slightly ) before placing it in the K-cup. Let it seep for a bit, and voilà! It's a small step that makes a big difference if you have the time for that robust coffee experience.
While it's crucial not to skip the filler step and not fill past the line inside the grey filler, a gentle pat or two on your palm or counter can sometimes help the richer coffee if you don't want to bother with my extra step abv.. With a bit of patience and experimentation, you can elevate your coffee game with your Keurig. Happy brewing! ☕✨

Major quality issues with firmware

I bought it 13 months ago and am now on my second replacement. The prior two just stopped working and support just replaced them rather than addressing why. Now this one seems to be acting funny. I'm not sure whether they sent their software someplace new, but the firmware seems to just stop working when it needs to be descaled, or after a certain period of time, or when some new condition arises. All we want is for it to make coffee and it seems to be more complex than we think.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
