I’ve had this wonderful machine for approximately 8 month using it two a three times daily when for some unforeseen reason up a died. In a panic I dug through my documents, found the warranty. Yea, phoned Kurig, produced the appropriate information an “BOOM”, my replacement was back up on the counter making great coffee. Thanks Kurig.
This is the third Keurig Supreme Plus, the third one after only 2 months for the second. While returning due to the non-functionality of the product the kind person said: Hoping you have this a long time. Customer service is very kind. Well, the return time from beginning to receiving the product was WAY too long. This time the box is secure in the attic. Also, hoping for longer than 2 months!! My ratings will change if I have the product a long time.
I bought my first one last November, replaced it in June and had to replace it again in November. Each time after speaking with Managment, they agreed to replace my machine. My issues seems to come along with the descaling solution- despite following directions- something goes wrong. First one the heater failed, second one, it seized up! Each time, they were right on it replacing it! Thank you.
Thank goodness we had a warranty. We went on vacation, came home and our keurig would not turn on, this never happened before. So I called the number on the back of my keurig. They were so helpful, we had a brand new keurig in just the few days that it took the mail to get it to us. We were shocked we thought it would take weeks. Thank you Keurig for your prompt attention and service. Our keurig was not inexpensive, and it's an appliance we use every day. It was so nice to have the warranty, one call, and a brand new keurig was here. I am actually having my coffee right now as I write this review. P.s. they did not ask about color, I don't know if this matters, our new one matched our old one perfect. They must know. The only set up was to get the new water filter they sent with it, soaked and ready for my next cup of joy. The review says I can add 6 photos but it would just be an uncharged keurig sitting next to my working keurig. Hey, it's an appliance, things happen, it was nice having the warranty. Thank you Keurig.
I bought my Keurig Supreme plus some months ago. I was descaling my unit and after completing the process the descaling light would not stop flashing. I called Keurig warranty, and they sent me a new unit. Now that is service……. Thank you Keurig…..
