One-year warranty is accurate…. I’ve had three Keurig’s in three years due to malfunctioning. I bought a Ninja while my warranty claim was processing and I love it. Hopefully it will last beyond one year!
My Keurig Supreme plus died on me after 9 months use but after a phone call and providing some information along with a picture, a replacement was shipped quickly. I love this Keurig model
The coffee maker is amazing. I like to be able to change the temperature and strength. After descaling, the descaling would not turn off no matter what I did. Keurig sent a replacement in a timely manner so I didn't have to go without.
My Keurig suddenly died while I was descaling it. Keurig replaced it and my new Keurig is exactly like the one that they replaced. So happy with the Keurig company.
We love our Keurig - but were disappointed when it failed to restart after being "descaled". However, Keurig warranty team was right on top of it... and we had a new replacement in a few days. Just be mindful to watch the water level and make sure that the "refill" water reserve light is working. If it runs out the steam will trigger the system to shut off and not restart. There may be an easy fix... but it's easy to avoid if you watch the water level.
