I had a defective issue with my Keurig, I called the customer service department and after reviewing the steps I had taken to try to repair it, a replacement was sent to me immediately. I would definitely buy another Keurig. Things can go wrong with small appliances, but the handling of the problem was perfect.
4 months ago i bought a K supreme + and it was acting up so after calling 1 time they sent a brand new one free of charge. Wow it was here in 3 days. And pluss they sweeten the deal they had a coupons for cleaning products. And all I did is call once and they fixed the issue. I would tell everone this is the coffie maker to get . Takes no time at all to make a cup of something since it makes a lot of drinks so I say get one for you and send one as a gift Kevin
For some unknown reason my year old brewer stopped working. I contacted Keurig and they sent a replacement. This is our winter home and wasn’t used for five months. This company is consumer oriented and has a great culture
My K-Supreme Coffee Maker was malfunctioning (poor seal around the K-cup pods) so I contacted Keurig customer service. They did a thorough review over the telephone and determined that the unit needed to be replaced. After providing the required details (serial number, proof of purchase, etc.), the replacement unit was received within a couple days.
I have 3 of these units and I love them. The extra heat settings are great, and the on demand water heater is great so there's no wait for the next cup. This model definitely is the best so far as I have had them all. i did have a problem with one of them and Keuig promptly replaced the unit without any hassle. The only suggestion I would have is to make it just a little taller to fit the Yeti coffee travel mugs under it.
