Worst Keurig Ever

Literally will not make a decent cup of coffee. Coffee grounds go EVERYWHERE inside the machine and all in my cup!

unimpressive counter hog

This was a gift from my mother who likes to come over and make coffee whenever she wants. it's been six months, coffee still tastes like plastic unless you put creamer in it. there is no way to use it to make hot water without a ton of coffee grounds in it... so no quick hot tea or hot cocoa for the kid. I still use our 5 cup drip coffee maker. takes up huge amount of counter space. yes it's convenient and fast, my husband likes the cold coffee setting.

Thank you for your review. What may sometimes happen after brewing many K-Cup pods is that some of the coffee grounds can get in the needles (top and bottom). This can result in seeing some coffee grounds in your cup or it can completely clog your brewer and prevent it from brewing. Should a clog arise due to coffee grinds, it can be cleared using a paper clip or similar tool. We hope this is helpful!

Bad Design for Reusable Filters

I prefer to use my own ground coffee so when I bought the adaptive reusable coffee filter I was unhappy with the steps needed for its use. Unlike with my previous Kuerig where I simply dropped the reusable filter into the same place the k-cup fits, I have to take out the part that holds the k-cup and insert the reusable filter into an adapter before inserting into the machine. When I forget to use the adapter I get coffee grounds in my cup and the inside of the machine gets wet with grounds as well. It’s difficult to understand why this process was made so complicated even with the multi stream technology, it should not require all these steps.

Warranty replacement coming

I had this coffee maker for 4 months. After properly descaling it died on me. It wouldn't even power on and I was highly disappointed at the brand thinking I had a quality appliance. However, I reached out to Keurig and it was a very simple process to get a replacement on the way as the appliance was within its warranty. I didn't read reviews until after my appliance has been shipped to me so my fingers are crossed.

4th k-supreme not working

This is now my 4th brewer in less the 7 months. Bought one in March after 3 weeks it stopped working. Returned got a new one. In June that one started brewing 2oz less then it should have, returned got new one. 2 weeks later it needed to be descaled and wouldn’t exit descale mode then stopped working it just shut off and wouldn’t brew. Keurig sent me a new one. Well this is my 4th brewer and sure enough it is now brewing 4oz less then it should. This brewer is only 3 months old. Seems every time it needs to be descaled it stops working. After reading all the negative reviews I can see there is a pattern here. Maybe keurig needs to recall these makers or discontinue them. Clearly they only work for 3 months. I shouldn’t have to brew 2 k-cups for 1 12oz cup of coffee Absolutely shouldn’t only last for 3 months.

coffee not hot enough

Changed out my Elite which was working well to get more features and have been so disappointed. Coffee not hot and when you add small amount creamer it is cold! Yuk! Any ideas for a solution?

I really like the Green Mountain French Vanilla Coffee and I am enamored with the K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. They give me a good start on my day every morning.
