I love the instant testing feature. You do not need to wait between cups for the coffee maker to text. I also like the memory feature. The easy programmable favorite settings is aschick way to make a cup of coffee.

l've had this new Keurig for about a month and I just LOVE IT. Much better than the original one I had for about 15 years. It heats up pretty much immediately and can produce a cup within seconds of turning it on. I especially like that I can chose to make it "strong" and chose different levels of ounces. I love it so much I immediately ordered one for a relative for Christmas.

Had this for one week and find it is easy to use. Instructions with supporting pictures was inadequate. I am disappointed in the quality of materials. No where the original design quality with metal parts replaced with plastic. Even t.he center needle is plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I like the design. This is about my ninth coffee maker. However, the coffee doesn’t get hot enough. There is no altitude adjustment, not sure if that’s the reason. I gave away my previous one, now I regret that.
