My original K-Supreme Plus failed to heat while under warranty. I contacted Keurig and within a week I received a brand new machine. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen.
I bought my Keurig Supreme at the beginning of the year and totally missed where it said do not use de-ionized water. 6 months down the line it started to tell me to descale. Tried it and while doing a rinse it ran out of water which fried the insides of the machine. I called Keurig and they stood by their promise to replace. What happened (as I sadly found out later) is that if you do not have some ions like Calcium in your water the scale and water level sensors inside the machine stop working, causing havoc to the electronics. Since then I have been using ordinary water from the kitchen faucet and actually the coffee tastes a lot better as well. I admire Keurig for standing by their replacement policy - I was so impressed that I bought another one as well - now I have one upstairs for my morning first cup and one in the kitchen!
My Keurig Supreme stopped working. Keurig never hesitated. I received a new one within 10 days, and didn’t even have to return the faulty one. Excellent service!
