Thankfully my k-Supreme plus was replaced promptly even without my receipt!! I provided serial number, photos requested. Clueless as to why the prior one died shortly after purchasing and using very surprised because our older Keurig lasted a decade. Within a week, I received my new one shipped to my door. I'm grateful this company stands behind their products!!
I like this unit. But since having it, I have replaced it twice. The first time, it wouldn't run the descaling process. The second machine burned out during the descaling process. Electronics do not last these days.
Excellent customer service had a problem with my coffee maker and had the problem resolved. Received a replacement within a week! It’s working great! Thank you for great service.
Our K-Supreme Plus coffee brewer "died" just as the warranty ran out as clean water poured from the base as we tried to make a cup then the electronics appeared to die as well. But Kreurig was quick to replace it within a little more than a week with an identical model via friendly customer service phone call and e-mail. New replacement even seems to work better (!?) if that's possible. Only suggestion to them was to improve product reliability after only a year of service with only two successful "descale" procedures on original. But we like the convenience, fast brew and good flavor.
My favorite Keurig coffee maker so far. Able to set up particular settings for me including temperature, strength of coffee and size of cup. Loving it and recommend it to friends and neighbors
My previous K-Supreme Plus Single cup coffeemaker died while still under warranty. I called Keurig and they talked me thru some photos needed to replace it - and voila! I received a brand new, full warranty replacement in just a couple of days! Love my new Keurig, as do all family members that have used it! Love the larger water container, with a handle! I always thought the original Keurig couldn’t be better, but this one is! And thank you for great customer service!
