This coffee maker was sent to me as a warranty replacement for the same model I purchased on 5/22. I was experiencing difficulty with the descaling procedure and the Keurig representative determined that I should receive a replacement machine. New product works great and I am very pleased. My coffee maker worked great for the first 6-9 months but then the descale notification came and would routinely come on every couple months until the unit locked into descale mode and became non-operational. Customer service was great working through the details and sending a replacement unit.
