Bought this for my mother and she loves it! We had to warranty replace it due to a malfunction about 11 months in, but the support team was amazing. Made the whole process as easy as possible.
Our unit was approximately 9 months old when it suddenly lost power one morning. Called Keurig customer service who walked me through some troubleshooting steps but the unit did not respond. The representative advised that the next step was replacement and within 5 days we had a new unit delivered to our door. Completely satisfied with Keurig customer service!

My Keurig stopped working after 8 months of purchase. I called customer service for a replaced. They were very helpful. I received my new Keurig within a week. Very happy!
The first lasted about 2 years, keurig gave me a good coupon to buy another. This one is noisy and has a "new, plastic-like" taste - not good. I have cleaned with vinegar, and it's better. Hoping that taste goes away soon, or I'll have to call Keurig.
The K-Supreme single serve coffee maker does not take up a lot of counter space and I love that I could program a setting for my husband and one for me. I highly recommend this coffee maker, I have one at home and one in our RV.
