Our unit was replaced under warranty. Warranty service was exceptional and we like the unit. However, the new unit has had times where it does not work. Cycle power and remove / replace the water tank and it works.
My first version of this model lasted about 10 months. I got a replacement in August that lasted less than a month. The next warranty replacement failed on the first day when it started smoking, indicated that water needed to be added when it was full, did not make the amount selected and filled the cup with grounds. We opted to replace this model with a different one and are keeping our fingers crossed that it lasts.
I love this style of Kuerig - it's compact and a perfect size for 1 or 2. Customer service has also been Fantastic for Keurig - anytime I've had an issue, they were right there helping me find a solution. Great product, Great Company
This transaction was for a replacement unit that lost power while in the “de-scale” process. Customer support and replacement support obviously in sync because the replacement unit arrived within a few days. A rarity in today’s market. Good Job!
This is my second Keurig in 15 years and it stopped working after 6 months of use, normally I would give a low rating but the real winner in this is the customer service, they got a replacement out to me within a week, any company can have product issues, a great company stands behind their products and beside their customers..well done Keurig!
This is my third coffee maker have not had one that last more than a year since the beginning I’m hoping that this one will. this product is not worth the money
