This is my second Keurig in 15 years and it stopped working after 6 months of use, normally I would give a low rating but the real winner in this is the customer service, they got a replacement out to me within a week, any company can have product issues, a great company stands behind their products and beside their customers..well done Keurig!
This is my third coffee maker have not had one that last more than a year since the beginning I’m hoping that this one will. this product is not worth the money
I have bought two of these units and both times after about three months when following the Descale process the unit started smoking and then turned off and would not turn back on again. Very disappointed with this product.
My first Keurig, bought last year, failed to work when I tried it this year. Your team after a phone call, heard our story and let me know that with some information provided I would be sent a replacement. I have the new machine and am very pleased.
This is a replacement for one I bought a year ago that developed a glitch. The people at Keurig were so helpful and easy to work with. They replaced the faulty machine promptly and easily.
