This coffee maker is a replacement for one that did not work right ever. They finally replaced it. Love this one that works! Keurig made it very difficult though to get it replaced.
I purchased this to replace a 10 year old Keurig... all-in-all a great product, but missing some previous features (like auto-start) - even so - this model warms up quickly. I do wish there was a 2oz setting. I use the coffee maker to warm up water for dog food and oatmeal, etc. 4oz is to much and I end up tossing most of the water out. I haven't tried the over-ice mode yet, but looking forward to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
