Love the removable water reservoir with the handle as well as other features, temp control and over ice selection. I use the over ice button to make iced tea.

I purchased the K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Make in Feb-2023. In a few months it started to have issues with the buttons. It started to brew sizes that I did not choose, it would not show my pre-sets. I would manually change the setting and it would revert back to something else. I finally decided to call Customer Service. I am so glad I did. After a quick phone call and submitting an email with a couple of pictures, they replace my Coffee Maker with in a few days! I love a company that stands behind their product.
I purchased the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker in March of 2023 and recently experience an electrical issue with the appliance. Keurig provided simple instructions to replace the unit.
Current machine stopped working after four months. Customer Service was great and supplied a replacement. Hopefully I will have better luck with this one.
