Great design and settings. I feel the coffee comes out a lot weaker than my previous model, even on extra strong.

How to store in the wintertime? I live in Alaska and have one for my RV how can I dump the water from the heat chamber to empty and store for winter so it doesn't freeze? Gerry Carter gee
I’v had several Keurig machines and this is the best one yet I love this machine and I tell everybody about it. I like how there’s no wait for it to brew, I’m very pleased with this machine
As a long time loyal Keurig brewer customer, and thinking about replacing my current one, I thought I would try this latest, greatest brewer. I can taste a deeper, richer difference with the extra hot water holes. It does take a bit of adjusting which is easy to do. My only issue is with the personal settings. I wish the directions were a little easier. Specifically when one wishes to change the settings. Otherwise, I am very satisfied!

Grounds in Coffee from Pods

Purchaase K_Supreme Plus several weeks ago. We continue to get a lot of grounds in the coffee cup. The lid does not close completely. I cannot figure out why.

No power after 4 months

My wife bought this model for a father's day gift. It stopped working last week (less than four months). Still under warranty I called in twice but the model is unavailable for replacement but, you can buy it online from the company.
