I bought this machine three month ago. The positives are that there are several settings for multiple users, brews very fast, and water tank is a great size. The negatives are the temperature of the coffee could brew a bit hotter. My machine did stop working after three months but because it was under warranty it was immediately replaced by Keurig. Hopefully, I will have no other problems.
I descaled my Supreme Plus machine and it died. No lites, no power. They did trouble shoot with me to no avail. Without hesitation I was shipped a new one and it works perfectly. Thank you to a great company.
My Keurig K-Supreme Plus after about 9 months of brewing great became erratic and unpredictable, at times, maybe filling my cup with a couple tablespoons of brewed coffee. I descaled it, tried different pods but got the same result. I called the warranty department. They asked a few questions and after I took a few pics and supplied the S/N, a replacement was on its way to me. It arrived within 5 business days and is the exact same model and color and it works great. I am most impressed with the process Keurig has in place to keep me a satisfied customer. This is the 4th or 5th Keurig I've owned, and thanks to great customer service, I will continue to be a Keurig advocate.
This process was absolutely simple. I contacted Keurig customer support and they emailed me directions to submit a replacement request: the serial number and a couple pics and it was done. The new machine was received, seriously, within 2 days!
