Current machine stopped working after four months. Customer Service was great and supplied a replacement. Hopefully I will have better luck with this one.
This replacement is greatly appreciated. The service representative was very helpful and resolved the issue. Keurig is very reputable company and a pleasure to deal with, as always.
Fast friendly service, i keep having the same problem x2 when its time descale, the machine will not go out of descale mode. They replaced my unit two times without a problem,this time they said call when it's time and I will, but this is not my first model, i never had a problem prior to this model, I'm hoping problem solved with this unit.
I’ve always owned different models of Keurig machines, but this one finally makes a better tasting coffee. Machines in the past always tasted slightly watered down to me but not this one. I think it has something to do with the multiple needles. I like the stored user settings feature. It makes it easier in the morning for me. The only thing I don’t like about it is my standard size 16oz Thermos travel mug (7 1/8” tall) barely fits under it. I mean if it was literally a mm taller it would not fit at all. I have to put it in top first and push the bottom in. Other than that I recommend this model
