When my Keurig started acting up during descaling, I contacted customer service for help. After running several diagnostics, they determined that the brewer needed replacement. The replacement arrived within a week, and all is good!
Love the removable water reservoir with the handle as well as other features, temp control and over ice selection. I use the over ice button to make iced tea.

I purchased the K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Make in Feb-2023. In a few months it started to have issues with the buttons. It started to brew sizes that I did not choose, it would not show my pre-sets. I would manually change the setting and it would revert back to something else. I finally decided to call Customer Service. I am so glad I did. After a quick phone call and submitting an email with a couple of pictures, they replace my Coffee Maker with in a few days! I love a company that stands behind their product.
