Love my Keurig. I had trouble with the k_supreme I owned and Keurig was quick to replace it. I was very impressed. The unit works beautifully and makes delicious coffee.
Our original Keurig K Supreme + was promptly replaced after an issue was discovered that resulted in less that the normal amount of coffee being brewed.
I enjoy this coffee maker The problem is it’s our third one because they don’t last. The first one died just after the warranty expired the second one died within the warranty. So this is the third the second one I had to buy.
Bought product-however less than 1 year old it broke down while I was descaling it. Contacted company, easiest warranty process. Within a week I had new replacement product at my house. Hope this one lasts more than a year though.
