I can't stop raving about KEURIG and its customer service reps. Our KEURIG stop working after completing the descaling process. I contacted KEURIG and explained the situation and they didn't hesitate in replacing our system. THANKS, MUCH!!!
We had to replace our Keurig because we couldn't see the logos anymore, but it still worked. This one we ordered and for some reason had an extra stream of clear water so they replaced it and the next one worked great! I'm hoping this one lasts as long as our first one, at least 10 years!
Bought this machine almost 2 years ago and have had to replace it twice. Both times after running the descale function the machines just die, customer service is great about getting me a replacement machine but the most recent replacement smelled of plastic so bad I am still unable to use it almost 2 weeks later.
