I was having trouble with my Keurig and spent a couple days talking with customer service and watching videos. Finally Keurig customer service decided to replace mine. They were very courteous and helpful. The replacement Keurig came really fast and works great. I am enjoying my coffee again. Thank you Keurig!
I have had two Keurig Supreme coffee makers and I love them until they stop working which has happened both times after performing a descaling. While Keurig replaced it once (was still within 1 year warranty), I will not purchase another one when this one dies.
We moved halfway across the country. We eagerly plugged in our new 6 months ago Keurig for our first morning brew in our new home only to find the machine no longer worked no matter what we did. The folks at Keurig worked well with us and aside from some nitpick things they wanted us to do (hence 4 not 5 stars), we got the replacement within two weeks!
My K-Suprene Plus just stopped one morning. Sent Keurig the information they needed and a few days later got a new brewer. Great customer service! Wish every company could function like this!! A newly created advocate !
This item was a replacement for a unit that didn't work out of the box. The replacement works like a dream. I like the larger capacity and all of the features. I only wish that when models change that the k-cup reusable filters wouldn't change. I have 2 units from my old 2.0 Keurig that are now useless.
I purchased this Keurig K-Supreme Plus a little over a year ago. When the machine failed to function correctly about a week before the warranty expired, I contacted the company and they asked me to send it back to them, and sent me a new one, for which I am very thankful.
