When it works

We purchased the Keurig Supreme Plus a few months ago and when it was time to descale we did that no problem, however, once we completed the process the power would no longer come on! We tried everything

Really like the temperature adjustment, along with choosing strength of brew. It's quiet, fast and space saving. We're enjoying using this newer model.

Universal Cup Filter

Poorly designed cup holder. If you choose to use your own ground coffee, the "universal" cup holder does not snap in place. With multi-stream technology, the needles must line up. The universal cup has a sloppy fit and you must remove the existing cup holder first, unlike previous Keurig coffee makers. A simple redesign of the cup lid is all that is required. Good luck!

Took the Plunge

I finally put my old Mr Coffee away. I Purchase a K-Supreme and all of a sudden coffee got to taste real good. The K -Supreme is just what I was hopeing for in a Keurig..Stronger, Hotter and more ounce availability. I like strong coffee and the dark roast pods fit the bill. Best coffee ever and fast to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely Slow Brewing

I thought it was brewing extremely slow, so I timed it, and it takes 2 minutes and 55 seconds to brew a 12 oz. cup of coffee, 2 min, 20 sec for an 8 oz cup, and 2 min, 45 sec for a 10 oz. I called Keurig and they said these times are correct. Does anyone else think this is a slow brewer?

The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if the strong brew was selected. We are loving it makes great coffee, very easy to change settings and get what you want. Great power saving feature. All and all very happy with the new coffee maker.
