When our K-Supreme Plus failed I called the Keurig customer service and they had me send information on my unit and they quickly replaced the non-working unit. They were very timely and caring to deal with.
This was a warranty replacement for a Keurig replacement that broke down after only 2 months. Hopefully, this upgreated model will be better than the first replacement. Once the hassle of pictures and paper work and phone calls was accepted I received the warranty replacement within a week.
This was a Xmas present to replace a Keurig we already had. Just love this new appliance. It has so many convenient features, ie. making ice coffee, setting auto brews for family members, enough water for up to 8 cups, and descale mode. We were so surprised when the auto got jammed. Lucky for us, your customer service rep was so helpful and after some troubleshooting confirmed it was defective and immediately started the process of sending us a new one. It was delivered within days. Great customer service.
I bought this coffee maker but it seams to break down after 6 months the coil over heat and it shuts down and I had my replace twice so far I hope this one last longer.
