We had a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker that stopped working. We called the Keurig Warranty Service center and with a few questions and trouble shooting they determined that the unit should be replaced. It involved a single response to the e-mail they sent to supply verification of the unit serial number and a copy of the purchase receipt. We were sent the approval for the replacement K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker, We received the new unit in less than 10 days.
I bought this 6 wks ago. Every time I brewed coffee it tasted like plastic chemicals. The longer the water sat in the carafe the worse it tasted. I flushed so much vinegar through this to try and help but nothing helped. The replacement under warranty was identical with its problem. Do NOT buy this model. There is something chemically wrong with how it is made. I used to have the first type of Keurig with the water reservoir. Something is very wrong with this new model and is quite disappointing.
My first Keurig gave out after 8 10 years. I bought this model in January. Smaller footprint. More options reliably good coffee. Quit working in June. Call Kelly and after some back and forth, send me the serial number etc etc and asking me about the symptoms, they agreed to send me a brand new coffee maker. Arrived a week later and I've been using it since. A bit nervous about how long it will last but very happy with the customer service. I like the various temperature and strength options on the newer model and it's making great cups of coffee for us. I'd raided a five as I really like the coffee it makes. But the first model did stop working after 4 months so it gets a four.
Had an issue with my Keurig and received expert advice, up to and including replacement, received in TWO DAYS!! So impressed with this company, customer service is still alive with them!
