This is my third Keurig and as always the machine is great. The warranty is excellent as is the Service Department and its staff. Could not do without a Keurig
I have been a long time customer and have always appreciated the great customer service. Also enjoy the convenience factor of the coffee machine and miss it when I stay somewhere without it.
Spoke with Jolene G. who promptly resolved my replacement issue. She was very kind and helpful. Keurig should be honored to have such a great person working for them.
I had my k-supreme for a little over a year. One day it quit functioning. I called and the representative issued a free replacement. This is the kind of customer service I applaud! Thank you!
