I purchased the K-Supreme Plus brewer about a year ago and it worked fine for about 6 months, at which time it had a problem "won't turn on" problem. Keurig replaced it under warranty and the second unit worked fine but started leaking from the top after about 3 months. Again, Keurig honored its warranty without any pushback. Hopefully the third time is a charm. We love the coffee this brewer produces, but it appears to have some weak areas leading to an above-average failure rate (or I'm just unlucky). Fortunately, Keurig stands by its products and provides excellent support.
I love my new Keurig coffee machine but the computer was acting up so I called and they walked me though a few trouble shooting ideas and when none of these fixed the problem they replace the whole thing no worries same machine and everything it was on my front porch in three days now that is great customer service.
I would recommend my K Supreme to anyone. I love the customizable features and this model looks clean and modern. Keurig customer service is very good.
I descaled my Keurig brewer as recommended. The descale light never went off. My brewer then stopped working all together. I contacted Keurig customer service. They replaced my brewer within the week. Keurig, thank you for your time and consideration
My Keurig Supreme coffee maker wasn’t working. It just stopped. It was only about a year old. I called Keurig customer service on a Monday, went through some diagnostics. It was determined that my Keurig was broken. The agent said Keurig would send me a replacement. On Wednesday of that week a brand new Keurig was delivered. I love my Keurig and the convenience of brewing an individual cup of coffee. Thank you Keurig for standing behind your product and for making such a wonderful machine.
I contacted Keurig about an issue i was having with my coffee maker. They responded quickly and sent me a new one. I am very pleased with my new warranty replacement item. Great customer service !!!!
