This is a replacement coffee maker. My initial coffee maker became defective in the amount of liquid being dispensed. Keurig handled the replacement in a flawless, seamless manner. Kudos to Keurig.
I have been using the Keurig coffee machine products for over 15 years and the Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker is by far Keurig’s best home coffee maker to date. The unit is well designed and easy to use. There are programmable options for 3 users, cup size, brew strength and temperature. Just push the button and get a perfect cup of coffee The flip up cover locks solid, never hangs up and the machine is quiet but a bit slow. For the price, this is a great machine,
My Keurig decides to just stop working out of the blue. Not my first Keurig however my first time having a problem. Customer service walked me through possible fixes and determined I needed a replacement. Received replacement only 2 days later ! Professional, patient and immediate fix. VERY PLEASED !
We purchased our Keurig about a year ago and couldn't find the receipt. It just died while I was descaling it: powered off and wouldn't turn on anymore. I expected a hard time, but within a couple of minutes, the Customer Service Representative took our info and had a replacement on its way with no hassle whatsoever! I am very impressed, and appreciative of Keurig and how they handled my situation and solved my problem. Machines aren't perfect, but Keurig's customer service was.
I enjoy using this coffee maker. Recently I experienced a. problem with the coffee maker. Talked to customer service and because the warranty was still in effect. I was able to get a replacement coffee maker without any problem. Now I am enjoying a great cup of coffee again. Awesome.
