first, Keurig support has been great.. unfortunately I know this because I've had to exchange my K-Supreme Plus 3 times! All for the exact same reason. They need to recall and replace the low water sensor. Twice while doing descale, and again just brewing a cup.. when the water runs low it just keeps going and burns itself up. Shuts off and won't come back. If you really watch closely and keep the water filled, it's great. Love being able to set a lower temp and higher strength, and save as preset.
I got this coffee maker as a replacement and love that I can program it for my coffee but after using it for about 2 weeks I still taste plastic every morning. I descaled it early to get rid of it but my first cup every morning still has a heavy plastic taste and smell.
This is the second time in less that a year I've had to replace my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker. Both times the first request to replace was denied and when I pushed back they sent the coffee maker. The coffee maker doesn't seem to last a year.
I bought the keurig and the strength And temp buttons were not working, so I called keurig. They said they would send another, which they did, tho it did not come with everything in my original purchase. I believe they sent me a refurbished one and not a brand new one. I can’t program strength and temp buttons and even when I put on hottest, the coffee does not stay hot long at all.
Had the machine less than 2 months and the replacement process was a nightmare. It took over 2 weeks before they finally agreed to send a new machine. Had to jump through hoops and basically had to threaten social media posts to get anyone to help.

I called in to report that my Keurig ice coffee maker was not working properly. After many questions to get to the heart of what was wrong, Keurig offered to replace my broken machine. About 4 days later my new Keurig arrived and it works great! Thank you Keurig!
The experience over the phone with the service team was positive. They promised a 4 day delivery and did not deliver until a week later. A week without coffee is excessive. Please deliver when promised or do not promise.
