warranty replacement of my Keurig ice coffee maker

I called in to report that my Keurig ice coffee maker was not working properly. After many questions to get to the heart of what was wrong, Keurig offered to replace my broken machine. About 4 days later my new Keurig arrived and it works great! Thank you Keurig!
The experience over the phone with the service team was positive. They promised a 4 day delivery and did not deliver until a week later. A week without coffee is excessive. Please deliver when promised or do not promise.
The first one I purchased seemed to have a mind of its own. Sometimes the kcups would overflow into the basket with grounds everywhere. It spashed all over the counter and was very very slow to make a cup. Keurig was willing to replace it, which they did. The second maker is very nice. I have not experienced any problems with the exception of the speed, which is still very slow. But the coffee is good and the machine looks great, so for the sake of style we will wait a bit longer for each cup.
