My Supreme maker finally gave up so I ordered the K-Supreme Plus. I love the strength and temp controls and all of the cup size options. I use the favorites option for my daily morning coffee since I like it really strong and very hot....saves a lot of button pushing. I didn’t like the fact that the maker turns off so quickly but since it heats up so rapidly, it is not a problem. Works as advertised. Works very well.
I love the sleek design. It takes up less room and brews quieter than my previous Keurig. You don't have to wait for it to heat up when you first turn it on. The reservoir pitcher makes it so much easier to refill the water. There are more size options to brew with, an option to brew over ice, different coffee strengths and temps to choose from. I live in a high altitude and there's a setting for that.

Has potential, but seems to have a major defect

I really enjoyed using the K-Supreme Plus. The brew cycle is slower than I was used to with my older model, but I got used to that and assumed it was due to the stronger brewing process.
I tried to descale the unit for the first time (after about 2 1/2 months of ownership) and before I could complete the process, the unit turned off and won't turn back on. I tried a different outlet, left it unplugged for an hour, and tried a few other things to get it to respond, but it's completely dead. So disappointing.
Contacted customer service and they'll send me a new one after I put this one in the mail. So while I'm grateful for the replacement, it's an inconvenience to have to wait a week or more to get back up and running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 4th key rig coffee maker. I wanted to go with a Smaller profile for my counter top. I love this machine. Makes better coffee than before and is ready to use when ever I want a cup. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants a great cup of coffee and a smaller macine
I love this coffee maker. The water tank is so much easier to fill with the handle (our sits back in an alcove that was hard to reach when we had the model without handle). The kids love the ice coffee mode for summer, and I love the variety of ounces you can brew, temperature and strength. So glad we got this!

We purchased the Keurig Supreme Plus a few months ago and when it was time to descale we did that no problem, however, once we completed the process the power would no longer come on! We tried everything
