My Keurig quit working properly, I called customer for help, took about 10 minutes with them on the phone and they said they they would send me a new unit. 2 days later the new unit was here and it is so much better than the old brewer Thank you Keurig
I bought this product and all the sudden 6 months later it stopped working. It just wouldn’t turn back on and I tired all the trouble shooting. I didn’t want to call because I figured the warranty would be a pain to use. I finally did it and called…wish I would have called sooner! It was a breeze and I had a new machine in less than a week!!
We love the end product, but this is our 3rd K-Supreme Plus coffee maker in a little over a year as the circuit board in the previous ones went haywire on us. Let's hope this new one stands the test of time.
Very disappointed with coffee makers - this was the 4th replacement for non working coffee makers - don’t know if it’s because you can increase the temperature or not but they burn out after a few months
I love my K Supreme plus! Making coffee in the morning when still half asleep is a cinch. AND no muss no fuss coffee grounds to contend with. I wish I had gotten one when they first came out. Also, the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this company and their products.
