The temperature control settings in my brewer stopped working. A very patient representative walked me through troubleshooting and determined I’d need a replacement. My warranty had expired three months prior. Regardless, the rep processed the replacement and within days I received a completely new brewer!
Had a minor problem with our K-Supreme and the excellent staff sent me the part as I requested. After that didn't work they sent us a brand new unit! Nice to see a company that still cares!
Bought my original machine and loved it, while it lasted. It died while descaling. Easy enough to get a replacement machine although it took several weeks to arrive. Then less than a year later that machine died while descaling. NOT easy to get a replacement. Took almost a month and they tried to make it sound like I was descaling wrong even though I followed their directions exactly. There's obviously an issue with the machine that they won't own.
This machine has an odd smell when brewing, and that smell is transfered to the beverage. I've tried teas, several different k cups and they all taste terrible. This is the second unit. The first smelled bad too, and stopped working after 2 months. I'm so disappointed. Our other Keurig, a K Supreme Plus is awesome.
