Our beloved keurig broke after just a short while and the customer services representives were so kind and helpful!! We will forever be a keurig family and will encourage everyone else too!
My first one stopped working, and they were quick to send me another one being my first one wasn’t that old. Overall, I’m very happy with my Keurig. The K-supreme plus is my favorite model.
I bought one of this unit in October 2022. Worked great until it failed during descaling process in April 2023. Contacted Keurig support and they shipped a replacement unit within 12 days. Not sure why it stopped working during the descaling process. Perhaps the thermal sensor shorted out. My previous Keurig lasted over five years without any issues.
I bought one at a store and it just stopped working. I contacted them via email send them pictures of the Brewer and the receipt they sent me a complete new one great customer service and warranty curé stands behind its products. Thank you.
I brought this machine in December 2022 and it stopped working April 2023. Keurig replaced it and the replacement stopped working 2 weeks later. Customer service was great. I received a new model hopefully it last longer.
I had one for 5 months & it just quit working. So it was graciously replaced by Keurig. I love the way it works & how you can choose your favorite setting for each person. Makes delicious COFFEE! So grateful it was guaranteed. Thank you Keurig.
I called keurig to assist me with descaling my machine and while I was on the phone Lynn in customer service was so helpful in walking me through the process. Sadly, while on the phone my keurig started smoking then wouldn’t turn back on. Lynn was quick to assist me with my warranty and set me up with a replacement. I received my replacement a few days later which works perfectly.
