This purchase was a replacement for a defective unit. Had it 7 months and it quit working. Called Keurig and they have fantastic customer service. Had to get them a little information and within 3 days I had a brand new unit.
We love our brewer use it at least once every day. After using it for more than a year it recently stopped working and Keurig quickly sent us a free replacement.
I have now replaced my supreme plus coffee maker 4 times!!! Read the reviews great warranty keurig but this machine definitely has something wrong with it. My advice never descale it once you do it will be time for replacement. Total garbage.
2nd warranty in less than 2 years, this one the digital is so faint I can't see it, not going to mess with it because you are a pain to deal with,,3rd machine #1stopped working #2 stopped heating #3 can't see digital, so soon to be something else that I will have to call and replace
