Purchased a K-Supreme Smart. Had it less than 2 weeks, and had some difficulty making it work properly. Called Keurig and had the best service. After working with me and the coffee machine, they told me they were going to send me another Keurig.
This is the second K-Supreme plus coffee maker that I have ordered. I like the large water reservoir and the coffee maker has some nice features. However, the previous one only lasted 1 1/2 years which is not acceptable. There are only 2 people in my family and this is only used for 1/2 year . This coffee maker should last longer since it is more expensive than many of the choices. I, also had an issue with my circuit breaker flipping off when I used this coffee maker. Many others have complained about circuits . I had to move the coffee maker to another area in the kitchen.

I had the K Supreme Plus Single and something went wrong with it. I had less than a year. Keurig has one of the best customer service I have ever worked with. I received a replacement in less than a week.
I used my Keurig for my coffee each morning. When a new single cup version comes out I purchase it. The unit I recently bought is very efficient and attractive for the kitchen. This unit just stopped functioning. The customer representative stepped me through a number of potential attempts to resolve the issue. When that was not helpful, he helped me get a replacement unit in a timely way.
K-Supreme Plus replacement is spraying while brewing. This is the same complaint I had with my previous K-Supreme. My first Keurig Brewer did not spray while brewing and you disconutioned. Please review my account.
I bought this about a year ago for my mom for Mother’s Day. She loves this machine. Especially the iced option. When it had an issue the Keurig help line assistant was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately my moms Keurig had to be replaced. It was an easy process to get a new one. I was told it would be about a week for the replacement to arrive. It actually arrived before that.
