Technical staff were extremely knowledgable. Helped me troubleshoot the problem, when all failed, they in fact shipped me free of charge a brand-new Keurig coffee machine.
This one is working better than the one it replaced. I feel the other one was bad from the beginning, so we shall see, especially after I have to descale. I may give a better rating after I’ve had this one longer. Not sure if I will refer until i have longer

Getting back from a short vacation. I found that my less than year old Keurig Supreme wouldn’t brew. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. After jumping through a couple of hoops. They shipped me a new unit. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Keurig.
I love this coffee maker! My old one would take forever to start making coffee but this one makes coffee instantly! I love all the features and it’s not an eye sore in my kitchen.
