After it was delivered it didn’t work. I plugged it in and went thru the proper steps and 15 seconds later it fried! Called Keurig and got a replacement within a week. The best part was that this one worked and was quiet which I can’t say for my last one that I had several years ago. Oh! The coffee is great!

Stopped working after 2 months

At first I loved this coffee maker. But I noticed the coffee brew want as hot as my older Keurig. I still kept because the design is stunning but then- out of nowhere- it died!!! I tried to turn it in and it just started to get hot!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am shook. I literally can’t comprehend with how good this is. Its like God made this contraption fit to my liking. I could choose exactly how I want my cup of hot, dark, silky coffee. Close your eyes and imagine the smell of coffee. I dont know what you smell but its definitely not this smell man. It is FRESH. I literally want to cry cause of how perfect this is. Save yourself from the reviews cause I dont know what these hooligans are saying but this review is all you need. I don’t know where this has bean, but, It’s brew-tiful. Words can’t espresso how good this coffee is i really love it a latte. For real though, trust me. You and this machine will be the perfect blend. We have had this coffee maker for almost 2 weeks, and it is great. It is so quiet when operating after the noise involved from the other Keurig while heating and brewing. This K-Supreme Plus makes a great cup of coffee quickly. You only have to wait about 5 seconds for it to heat up before it starts brewing. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions that were included were not easy to follow. We ended up using Youtube to figure out how to put in the water filter. Also, finding the serial number was not obvious either. It was on the box. Anyway, we really like this coffee maker so far.
