I received my replacement less than 2 weeks ago and it is already not working properly. I used a keurig k cup and the coffee did not brew. I went to take the k cup out of the machine and burned my hands as all of the hot water had collected in the k cup and did not dispense in my cup. This happened with 2 k cups.
We had an issue with our device that could not be fixed- Keurig replaced our coffee maker within days of our call- they were very responsive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is Keurig’s best home product yet in my opinion! Beautiful design and instant service. It’s like a ‘tankless’ water heater system. No waiting. Love the looks and the performance. Looks awesome on the counter.
I purchased my K-Supreme Plus Single Coffee Brewer 3 years ago and the warranty was expired. After speaking with two Keurig Reps and Consumer Care Specialist. I was gifted and blessed with new K-Supreme free of charge. I am just grateful for the compassion, integrity and quality of service. I love my K-Supreme, thank you!!!
I was gifted the K-Supreme Plus for Christmas 2021, and had enjoyed it until it stopped working last month. When I contacted Keurig help to figure out what the problem was, they said they’d send me a replacement, even though this was after the warranty expired. That’s terrific customer support and service!
this is about our 5th or 6th replacement brewer in 18 months. Incredible that you make such a bad brewer, Thankful that you keep replacing them. have no idea how to rate, they work Ok, then after 3 - 4 months, they dont.
