My wife and I had a Keurig coffee maker which we loved. Perfect coffee every morning exactly how each of us wanted it made and brude and so. Convenient. Well that coffee maker started having issues where I can only get. A part of a cup out. At a point. I contacted Keurig and their customer service rep told me. That's to keep track and get back to them if I keep having problem. Well. I did have a problem. And contacted them again it was getting worse and they completely replaced it! I couldn't ask for more wonderful service and warranty. Then I got from Keurig in confidence I would recommend. They're products to anyone and buy from them in the future inFull confidence!
I really like that I can choose either the k cups or my own ground coffee! My coffee maker stopped working one day but was under warranty and it was quickly replaced. Be sure to fill the warranty on line!
I own 3 Keurigs and love them. Recently, when we began to have an issue with our newest one I contacted the company. Juan was awesome and within a few days, I had a replacement. I will be a lifelong keurig customer.
I have always had great experience with customer service and have been satisfied every time I need help or info. Kerug, I think cares about their customers.
I was thrilled to discover I had registered my coffeemaker and saved the box with the receipt in it!!! I never imagined I’d need it. Getting the replacement was so fast and easy! The customer service reps were so helpful!
I love the Keurig brand. It has changed the way I drink coffee. What’s better than a fresh cup every time as opposed to a pot that’s been sitting for an hour. I’ll never go back to the standard coffee maker. I also like that different people can have different flavors or decaf while I can have my dark roast caffeinated coffee at the same time. It only takes 2 minutes to have a newly brewed coffee. I highly recommend this machine!
