Keurig replaced defective coffee maker

I was gifted the K-Supreme Plus for Christmas 2021, and had enjoyed it until it stopped working last month. When I contacted Keurig help to figure out what the problem was, they said they’d send me a replacement, even though this was after the warranty expired. That’s terrific customer support and service!

Why Do they Break So Often

this is about our 5th or 6th replacement brewer in 18 months. Incredible that you make such a bad brewer, Thankful that you keep replacing them. have no idea how to rate, they work Ok, then after 3 - 4 months, they dont.

The Replacement

Bought as an anniversary gift in April 2022 . One day in April 2023 my unit just stopped heating if fact just no longer would turn on. Regardless of various attempts to re- boot it just stopped working. So after calling Keurig I found they were ok with replacing it. I was amazed that I didn’t have to battle the company on this.
I am happy and grateful Keurig stood behind their product. So since then I’ve purchased 2 more Keurig machines as gifts for family members.
It’s good when a manufacturer stand behind their products and Keurig did just that.

The two day shipment of this replacement for my K Supreme Plus (purchased August 2022 and simply stopped brewing last month in April 2023) was a very pleasant surprise! However during the initial cleaning, before the first brewing, the new one did something unusual. It would only brew 4 ounce cups during the cleaning cycle and asked for a refill of the water tank when only half was used. After refilling the tank again with filtered water, I went through the cleaning cycle again with no issues at all 😄! It has been brewing very well ever since.
Now, if this one lasts HALF as long as my FIRST Keurig coffee maker, 15 years, I will be quite pleased.
P.S. I REALLY like the way the K-Supreme Plus functions ! The automatic start time of the old model is TOTALLY unnecessary with the super fast startup and brewing! The five minute shutdown is just right. The very large, removable water tank, with an excellent handle, is a great feature. Even the in tank filter holder is easy to use. The five stream brewing nozzle helps make consistently well brewed coffee. The my-k-cup that came with the K-Supreme Plus works great for use with ANY coffee you prefer and saves $$$. And that is a good thing since this coffee maker is a bit pricey. However, as we all know, the best part of single serve coffee makers is that it ALWAYS BREWS A FRESH CUP. No boiled down, bitter... well you know...
Yes, I would recommend this coffee maker. The Customer Service being as good as it was helps a great deal.
