This is my 3rd one the first lasted 2 weeks the next kept saying descale after 2 months and this 2 days made 2 cups of coffee then stop so sending it back I hope this one works the coffee I did get was great have been a customer for at least 15 years this so call up grades has made mad

I had a 2.0 mid range coffee maker for 10 years then gave out finally but this is a lot better as it soaks your coffee more and does the same when you use your own coffee too. I like flavored coffee the best but enjoy non flavored too but I like how quiet the new K-Supreme Plus is and all the servicing sizes too. Its one of the best I have ever had thanks again

had to return first unit within a month because I could not turn off the Descale notice even after descaling. You have to download the operating manual to get the full procedure on how to descale. Those instructions should be in the box with a warning notice to follow the descaling instructions to the letter to know what multiple buttons you have to press to start and finish the process. TOO COMPLICATED. Make it easy not hard!

Keurig is always great in standing behind their products! This multi-stream coffee brewer brews great coffee....but it is messy. When the coffee is being dispensed into the coffee cup, it splatters everywhere (which is really NOT good). I have put a small bowl upside down under my cup, which helps keep the mess at a minimum. Wish you could fix that!
