I am happy Keurig replaced my failed unit a couple of months out of warrenty. I love this model over the previous model as it's smaller, quieter, and the extra water jets do seem to make a differenve in the coffee taste. I hope this replacement lasts a long time.
This is the third K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker in the last year. It makes a great cup of coffee when it works. Thank you Keurig for replacing it. I hope the third time is a charm!!!
I received my replacement Keurig after a couple tries. It wasn't real easy but I am happy to say it was resolved and I got my new Keurig, which I love.
Our last Keurig stopped working, so it was time for a new one. I LOVE the way this one looks compared to the last one, and I also like the brewing process a lot. Only thing is, not sure what the "STRONGER" and "HEAT" buttons do...i can't tell much difference. This is the reason i rated Good instead of Excellent. That being said, we are super happy with this brewer!
I would recommend this to a friend!
