I just bought this machine to replace my 2.0. Nothing wrong with the old machine but my husband really liked the sleek, compact look of this new machine. We also liked the larger water reservoir and the 12 oz brewing option. We’ve now used it for 2 weeks and have definitely experienced the brewing issues as described in many of these reviews. Basically, when the extra needles don’t all puncture the pod, water spills outside of the pod and you get water pouring in your cup along with the coffee. At this point, the coffee is ruined and you have to start over. We think we have remedied the problem by being more forceful when we close down on the pod. It works most of the time. This is definitely a design issue.

I purchased this in a retail store and the top display never worked. Keurig customer service was GREAT and quickly replaced the whole coffee maker. I love it! Design takes up less space. The 3 levels for strength and temp are very nice features and presetting my choices to favorite 1 makes getting ready in the morning super simple.
I use bottled water as this is the 2nd Keurig I purchased and sure enough descale light came on. Ran Keurig Descaler through following directions and light is still on. Tried unplugging still light is on. Very disappointed in this product. For the price it should operate correctly for more than a month.

Thanks for your question! Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker before starting the process? STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use!
This coffeemaker is nice because it has many cup size settings. It also has needles to punch holes in the K Cup so as to extract more flavor into the coffee mug. I like it so far. I’ve just used it about 10 times.
Love the levels of strength, oz sizes and heat level. Only had it about3 weeks when it failed. Took some effort, but thank you for replacing it. I was so relieved to received the replacement. Such an improvement over my previous one!
Only issue I have is that it splatters everywhere when brewing.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We suggest trying to brew in a taller mug to reduce coffee splashing out of it. If you ever need assistance, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.
